1. Absolute Privacy by Design
Puggle was built from the ground up to respect your privacy. We do not collect, transmit, store, or sell any of your financial data.
2. How Your Data is Stored
All transaction data, PDF uploads, categorization rules, and settings remain exclusively on your physical iOS device. The data is stored locally using standard web device storage APIs (IndexedDB). Your financial info never touches our servers because we don't have servers to process it.
3. Subscriptions (Puggle Pro)
If you choose to purchase an optional subscription ("Puggle Pro"), the transaction is handled securely and entirely by Apple. We use RevenueCat to verify the status of your subscription securely without needing to identify who you are. We do not have access to your Apple Pay information or credit card data used for the purchase.
4. Security
Because your data never leaves your device, the security of your data relies completely on the physical and digital security of your iPhone (FaceID, Passcodes). If you delete the Puggle app, your local data is destroyed permanently and cannot be recovered by us.
